3D Printers: What are they? What are they Capable of? - A step away from Corporate Control to empower Independent Manufacturing and Production for the Free PeopleFebruary 22, 2014
http://sitsshow.blogspot.com/2014/02/3d-printers-what-are-they-what-are-they.html
Part of our Intent for the One People Community will be to use local manufacturing to create items needed locally and cheaply. We already have someone who is intending to bring 3D printers here to help with this.
In an effort to bring some light as to what is possible with these manifold systems, I am going to post a series of articles here which describe the printers, what they are capable of and what is already possible via existing designs.
Key Concept Behind 3D Printers
Manufacturing of complex parts, machinery and molds has always required large warehouses, huge budgets and corporate over control; in the main. 3D printing allows for the small time designer, builder and manufacturing to produce high quality good with out the hands of corporate control getting involved. They literally condense an entire warehouse worth of high quality production systems into something portable and local.
This concept is the foundation of why 3D printers are so powerful. Now the BIG question everyone wants to know is "what can they build?"
This question is answered by getting into the design of the printers themselves. Each printer has its own capabilities and limitations. Some can only use plastics, some only work with metals, some work with both - and all have limitations based on their size and software used to create the final product.
Implementation of designs and fleshing out of final products is a the result of working with the designers and printers to produce a part which works. For example, if the end result is a laptop computer, this may require producing components in 3D printers that will later be assembled. And in time, a printer for assembly could also be created.
The key is that designers and builders can work together, with out having to jump through complex loop holes, to create items easily for whatever use they see fit. The limitations are only temporary as a new 3D printer can be designed to conceivably suite any need. The question is not so much what can't they do, it is what do you want, and are you going to work with a network to create that system. The sky is the limit!
Lets begin to review some of the data available.
David, over at LightworkersXM has been focusing much of his work on building a network of manufacturers that are capable of addressing many of the needs of designers and builders. Networking, or Co-creation is the key. If your design does not have a printer that can create it, it is possible to reach out to your network and produce a system specially for your needs; again at a cheap cost and low turn around time in comparison to big industrial facilities. As the network expands, and their capabilities increase, more will be available to create.

3D Printing Energy Global Network : MISSION I’M POSSIBLE
I would like to introduce you to an amazing site and a brilliant group of people who are working together to make a difference in the world.
I first met Dave through the To-BE Community skype room and Nick and Dave and I immediately hit it off. .... Being from a British family, I'm even immune to his caustic brit wit, lol.
Dave is part of a global network of people using 3D Printers to give the planet an upgrade. I talked to Ralph Ring about Dave's work in our conversation with Ralph and Marsha last weekend HERE, and the Rings were very excited by what has been put together in this area of 3D printing.
Dave and Nick and I had a long talk two nights ago where we bashed around all sorts of ideas for many many ways to utilize the network- in the community in Morocco and globally. One of the major things we discussed was the need of a "better base substance" than what is available on the market to use with 3D printers right now, which is: Plastics.
Do you know what is W A Y better than plastic? Far stronger? Much lighter? Completely Non-Toxic, AND is also entirely 100% renewable- not only "renewable, but EASILY self renewable?!?
H E M P !!!!!!!
What we need is a way to use Hempcrete- which is literally a "concrete" made from hemp, water and lime- in a 3D printer!
So I am tossing this out there you all of you: If you know of someone who knows how, has a method, has a theory..... Please contact Dave or I right away!!!
(doing a quick search on "hempcrete" will give you a huge understanding of just how amazing and versatile this product is)
Very soon we will be getting Dave and Ralph together for a chat.

What is it all about ?
3D Printing Energy Global Network :
Brief description of The creation of 3D Printing Energy Global Network:
The 3D Printing industry is undoubtedly the fastest growing futuristic industry right now which basically gives people in their homes the ability to create almost any item of personal value for themselves on a 3D printer that builds in layers and produces NO WASTE. Those household items can be of their own style and design too with a little bit of creative 3D Building computer knowledge: This is ideal for people who have their own vision or small eco-project of the future.
Now imagine an ever growing team of Spiritually awakened Inventors, Scientists, Engineers and enthusiasts getting together and adding the subject of Free Energy to the 3D Printing Design Files Portfolio: This is exactly what has happened and this group of Brainstormers have grouped together to discuss the potentiality of adding more Free energy based 3D Printable projects to the station set up network to offer on an open source basis for others to replicate at home or in their own small project office.
Bringing Nikola Tesla back into your own home :
Free Energy has been suppressed for well over 100 years however what the Global ruling elite ( Euro Royals, Rothschilds, Rockefellers and Vatican/Jesuit Rulers in Switzerland) have not managed to suppress is the readily available information on the internet. The information to make a free energy vehicles and devices has been around for well over 80 years, it is this hidden information that is now becoming available, due to the vigilance in such networks, such as this.
Ancient technologies and energy.
The owners of all current Energy companies are a massive secret societies that the likes of John Lennon and President Kennedy spoke of in the 60′s and 70′s, these controllers have stealthily been in corrupt control of every country in the world (with few exceptions) through a clever network of deceit for 300 years commonly know as the Cabal, Illuminati, Sabbatean mafia or Plain and simply
The Banksters.
The real source of this global control not only dates back even further to Roman Empirical days and even further back in ancient times, however the more research one embarks on, one finds that free energy technologies were available on earth and etched in stone going back more than 25,000 years.
Nikola Tesla should be a household name : WHO?
Do you not find it rather strange that All schools and colleges do not even mention The greatest modern day inventor of all times? For those who are still unsure about energy technology suppression
can look up on Google or Youtube Nikola Tesla:
Today, Worldwide Suppressed Energy Intelligence can be found in Cars that run on water and many free energy devices from Philippines through India into Europe and over to the Americas and Worldwide the inventors of Generators (Magno/Electro) that run on the Quantum sourcefield are widespread. Nowadays this technology is convertible on to the computer in 3D Format and can be made readily available for the 3D printing Energy Global Network Home Stations that are freshly setting up worldwide:
Update of the current new stations:
We shall be reporting an update on the radio show at Expanding U on Friday 8:00PM Est
Mission (I’m Possible) Statement: Mission One
It is the intention of the 3D Printing Energy Global Network to reach more inventors in time and store their files in our open source database to be held on this site xi4.com . The more devices that can be converted into modern 3D Computer software programs that can be 3D printed, the more will be made readily available all files and folders from inventors of Free Energy related devices (Ie: water, electric or magnetic) This will enable other people to Pioneer their own groups worldwide from their own homes where they can access these files and in addition become part of an otherwise Thought of, complicated industry:
Our aim also is to provide concise instructions on Building your own 3D Printer Station and technical support to get Your own station set up and producing items for your Eco Village project or your own community. The vision in return of these groups who become apart of thisopen source network would be not only to provide and produce their own items for their own income and return, also to give rise to providing self replicating 3D Printers for others to pioneer likewise, their own splinter stations within your local vicinity.
The Game Changer : Funding and Finance:
Whilst the modern day method of crowdsourcing is the prefered method of funding these days We seek like minded people who value this as THE GAME CHANGER so much so that they would like to ensure that this gets the best possible start by assisting in the funding of the database centre with a view of helping the set up process of visiting all new stations to maximise their potential. This of course costs money in the ‘Auld paradigm’ and we seek a sponsor the ensure that this takes place : Currently we have set this up out of our own pocket and could do with an injection of financial assistance : To contribute in any way to this Game Changer please state your good intentions in the Contact form below:
Starting your own Station or Groups:
If you would like to form a New Group Network Station you will need people within your team that have attained basic knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical and 3D computer design and software. To request to join this network please fill in the form in the box at the foot of this article and state any relevant skills you may have. The minimum amount needed to form your own station will be approximately $800-$1000. For those with greater plans, a minimum of $2000 for more professional start up arrangements.
Enthusiasts and Model makers are often multi skilled people who reach for the imagination when needed and are often very valuable to such a team set up as they have the patience needed to set up and build your 3D Printer kit which all helps you pioneer your own station set up in terms of knowledge, maintenance and project device building operations.
What is the Rep Rap Community and how does it help us with Station set ups: PART 1
Rep Rap is often a word that many people run from when it is mentioned and needs not be misunderstood, Invented in 2004 by Dr Adrian Bowyer in Bath University in UK as a community of inventors and scientists in all disciplines not unlike we are starting in 3D Printing Energy Global Stations Network, Their sole purpose was to create 3D printing technology that would end up replicating itself.
Dr Adrian Bowyer explains why RepRap ! He also explains The Rep Rap Project ( Replicating Rapid Prototyper)
‘Symbiotics in your own home’: Or a “Computer controlled Glu gun”
With materials that you can even grow at home.
Dr Adrian Bowyer PART 2:
Please Consider starting your own network station and join in the open source Database held here at xi4.com

Here is another article discussing one of the Metal Printers and their capabilities
Free Form Metal 3D Printer is a 3Doodler on Steroids
Source - 3D Printing Industry.com
In May of last year, Juho relayed news of a free form 3D printer called Mataerial, by Petr Novikov and Saša Jokić from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) and Joris Laarman Studio. The machine, a material extruding robot arm, can print layer by layer onto any surface at any angle by using a fast-curing resin. Since then, the project has evolved to print metal.
Joris Laarman Lab, in partnership with Acotech, the team upgraded their resin printer, now called MX3D-Resin, by outfitting the robotic arm with an advanced welding machine. The new MX3D-Metal is capable of fusing bits of molten metal, like “steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze or copper without the need for support-structures”.
At the same time, and with support from Autodesk, the team is working on the machine’s accompanying software, saying, “The combination robot/welding is driven by different types of software that work closely together. This will eventually have to end up in a user friendly interface that allows the user to print directly from CAD. We are developing printing strategies for the different kinds of 3D printable ‘lines’. For instance, vertical ,horizontal or spiraling lines require different settings, such as pulse time, pause-time, layer height or tool orientation.” Enough talk, here’s the thing in action!
Unfortunately, the printing process is rather slow, as the metal has to cool enough to continue extruding. To make up for it, the MX3D can print in any direction and is freed from the confines of an enclosure. This means that the theoretical size of the machine’s print volume is limitless, like its predecessor. Of course, there are still safety precautions that need consideration, what with the molten metal and everything. Still, the possibilities for such a machine are mind-blowing.
The MX3D-Metal machine is, in some ways, a magnified version of the Michigan Tech open source 3D metal printer. One wonders if maybe that’s where the Joris Laarman Lab got the idea. One also wonders what other 3D metal printers are in the mix for this year.
