Universal Value Exchange

Many people have asked about the documents that Heather spoke about two months ago, specifically the documents that will outline the current financial system and how it works vs the "New" financial system (ie: the Universal Value Exchange System) and I Value. Over the course of the past couple of months more and more information, intel, and absolute data has become available on this. Each step of the process of has become very clear- to the point of extreme clarity- and as each piece of the puzzle makes itself visible the documents are edited and changed to reflect that information.

Several months ago the following patent was made visible- and we're pretty sure it was back-dated to cover their asses. Since then a huge amount of data has been released. Here's the thing: Even with all the shenanigans that are constantly going on within the corporate governments, the world of finance, industries like big pharma and big oil, etc.... they HAVE to be transparent in some way, shape or form. They MUST make it known and available to the public to know what they are doing. Of course, they don't actually want you to KNOW what they are doing, so these pieces of information and data are hidden in ways that are not apparent, with no fanfare or sign posts to direct you to the information, and the information is many times hidden behind elusive language and wording that is not easily understood. So finding the information takes a lot of digging in places like the UCC, the Patent offices, various government agencies, etc.... Not easy to say the least. The other place that you can find them outing various information they need to make public is, believe it or not, Wikipedia! They do an amazing job of hiding in plain sight pieces of the information puzzle in such a way that the vast majority of the public wouldn't connect any dots at all.
.... unless you happen to know what dots to look for ;>)

Today I am posting the patent that has been put forward by VISA (yes, the credit card company) for the "Universal Value Exchange"..... sounds familiar, eh?

....... I do love it when they make it absolutely transparent and blatantly show what it is that they are planning. The "Universal Value Exchange"...... "Universal" is pretty damn straight up in your face and crystal clear. The words that I LOVE though are "VALUE" and "EXCHANGE"... 'cause you know.... we've been talking about exchanging Value all year!! I have to wonder if they've thought about just how much information they've released just with the name of their new system alone, eh?

The diagram above here is taken directly from the Patent filed with the WIPO HERE . For the sake of clarity and the fact that I'm a bit of a neat freak when it comes to stuff like this, I've cleaned up the diagram- edited my own nice neat headings etc.... as you can see that the original doesn't size up very well from the document.

The next diagram - and all the ones that follow in this article, were created by myself to give a visual image of my opinions of what these represent and what is currently happening.

This diagram above is my representation of the Current Financial System and is based on the diagram in the patent for the UVE. Take a close look between the two diagrams- of the Universal Value Exchange and of the Current Financial System. The first thing I want to point out- as it's the most major piece of the puzzle is that the UVE diagram has arrows from the man figure- one to the bank and one to the exchange (and we'll get into more details of exactly what this "exchange" is in a bit) and the word written below that arrow is "Optional". Therein lies one of the major differences between the current system- which you notice doesn't have anything "optional" anywhere- and the UVE system:

If you are awake and aware, and if you KNOW the system, and if you KNOW your rights, and if you KNOW what to say and do, and if you can make your way through the bureaucracy.... they HAVE to allow you the choice. To deal with the new system or not to deal with the new system.... that is the question.

The dotted line boxes around the Exchange and Bank squares are also an indication of change, because by using the dotted line, they are giving you a choice.

Looking and the diagram of the Current Financial System you can see that there are no options, no choices to be made..... you are dealing with a closed system. The pieces that are in grey are the parts that they don't tell you about, ie: that YOU are the Value, and that the controller of the Currently Financial System is STILL the Universal Value Exchange system!!!! They just dropped out the upper box into the lower box in the middle of the UVE so that you'd think that it's a "New" financial system!! Same girl, Different party dress, to quote Heather, lol.

Here is my "interpretation" of the patents UVE diagram.... with the missing component drawn in, in grey:

They don't tell you that YOU are the VALUE- which of course is the really big biggie- and they don't tell you about where your value is going, ie: who the real "controllers" are, and where exactly they are located!!!

I don't know about you, but I have a serious problem with both of these points.

Don't you find the word "Merchant" and interesting choice of words?

So if assigning your Value over to the banks and exchange traded funds (not that they actually tell you about them either) is an "Option", does that mean that you can deal directly with the Universal Value Exchange Controller?

How about those guys really running the show way up there..... can you deal directly with them?

Can we skip over all the middlemen and the brokers and the bankers and the "Controllers" and just deal directly with User 1 01b?

Hmmmmmm. Wait! That sounds familiar! Isn't that called.........

So for tonight, I will leave you with the homework of reading all this very interesting patent information on the "Universal Value Exchange", and I will ask you to think about these two questions, and come up with the answer that resonates with YOU.

False Flag Bombshell on Syria Right in Front of Our Faces
On January 29, 2013, a Daily Mail article was published by Louise Boyle that reported: "Leaked emails have allegedly proved that the White House gave the green light to a chemical weapons attack in Syria that could be blamed on Assad's regime and in turn, spur international military action in the devastated country." You may want to read this quote once again. Yes, based on this, it looks like this whole entire Syria chemical weapons attack fiasco was a staged false flag operation with the approval of the Obama administration; and this was reported almost eight months ago.

The article was based on an email exchange between two senior officials from Britam Defence, a British-based defense contractor. These emails were intercepted and leaked by a Malasyan hacker who also claimed to have obtained "senior executives resumés and copies of passports via an unprotected company server".

It looks like the Daily Mail article was based on an article written on Infowars.com by Paul Joseph Watson. The Infowars.com article does state that a Britam spokesman admitted that they were hacked; however, "denied that those emails were genuine".

Let me tell you this. Reading all of this information eight months later; seeing what has happened since; and connecting all the dots; it looks to me like this spokesperson was covering up a massive blunder. The US Government has a long history of setting up false flag attacks in order to instigate conflicts, sway public opinion, maintain a fear-based society, and of course conform to the "powers that were" control structure of the "elite" families.

It has been previously reported that the mentality of NSA chief Gen. Keith Alexander is captured by his motto "Collect it All". It's a get-everything approach he pioneered first when aimed at an enemy population in the middle of a war zone in Iraq, one he has now imported onto US soil, aimed at the domestic population and everyone else.

But a perhaps even more disturbing and revealing vignette into the spy chief's mind comes from a new Foreign Policy article describing what the journal calls his "all-out, barely-legal drive to build the ultimate spy machine". The article describes how even his NSA peers see him as a "cowboy" willing to play fast and loose with legal limits in order to construct a system of ubiquitous surveillance. But the personality driving all of this - not just Alexander's but much of Washington's - is perhaps best captured by this one passage, highlighted by PBS' News Hour in a post entitled: "NSA director modeled war room after Star Trek's Enterprise". The room was christened as part of the "Information Dominance Center":

"When he was running the Army's Intelligence and Security Command, Alexander brought many of his future allies down to Fort Belvoir for a tour of his base of operations, a facility known as the Information Dominance Center. It had been designed by a Hollywood set designer to mimic the bridge of the starship Enterprise from Star Trek, complete with chrome panels, computer stations, a huge TV monitor on the forward wall, and doors that made a 'whoosh' sound when they slid open and closed. Lawmakers and other important officials took turns sitting in a leather 'captain's chair' in the center of the room and watched as Alexander, a lover of science-fiction movies, showed off his data tools on the big screen.

"'Everybody wanted to sit in the chair at least once to pretend he was Jean-Luc Picard,' says a retired officer in charge of VIP visits."

Numerous commentators remarked yesterday on the meaning of all that (note, too, how "Total Information Awareness" was a major scandal in the Bush years, but "Information Dominance Center" - along with things like "Boundless Informant" - are treated as benign or even noble programs in the age of Obama).

But now, on the website of DBI Architects, Inc. of Washington and Reston, Virginia, there are what purports to be photographs of the actual Star-Trek-like headquarters commissioned by Gen. Alexander that so impressed his Congressional overseers. It's a 10,740 square foot labyrinth in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The brochure touts how "the prominently positioned chair provides the commanding officer an uninterrupted field of vision to a 22'-0" wide projection screen":

 

The glossy display further describes how "this project involved the renovation of standard office space into a highly classified, ultramodern operations center." Its "primary function is to enable 24-hour worldwide visualization, planning, and execution of coordinated information operations for the US Army and other federal agencies." It gushes: "The futuristic, yet distinctly military, setting is further reinforced by the Commander's console, which gives the illusion that one has boarded
a star ship":

Any casual review of human history proves how deeply irrational it is to believe that powerful factions can be trusted to exercise vast surveillance power with little accountability or transparency. But the more they proudly flaunt their warped imperial hubris, the more irrational it becomes.

On a FB thread this morning I was accused of dwelling on the past, by bringing attention to fraud around the 9/11 attacks. My response bears worth sharing here.

There's a BIG difference between "dwelling" on the past and "understanding" it....all I'm saying is all the thousands of Souls who lost family that day deserve to know the Truth. If the whole country woke up today to the fraud, lies and deceits that have plagued this nation for far too long, we could unify in peace and Love and side step the treasonous government that controls the masses, in the blink of an eye. We must always remember the people are governed by their consent. I Do Not Consent any longer to be ruled by a corrupt corporation (the USA Inc). It takes awareness to rally the people in truth to collectively build a new way, one that is in the highest good of All That Is <3 ~BK


The 12th anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks are slated to be a less than solemn affair, as protests, counter-protests and a ‘Rethink 9/11’ ad campaign have all been scheduled to capitalize on the sacrosanct day in the US calendar.

From a 54-foot billboard in Times Square asking Americans to reconsider 9/11 to a ‘Million Muslim March’, this year’s anniversary of twin tower attacks stands out as potentially the most controversial on record.

The day began peacefully, with victims and loved ones gathering on the two-year-old Memorial Plaza in New York to hold a moment of silence at 8:46am to remember those who died when hijacked jets crashed into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

But an anniversary noted as a time of reflection is likely to end in confrontation this year.

The Million American March Against Fear — originally dubbed the Million Muslim March – is slated to begin at noontime on The National Mall in Washington, DC, on Wednesday.

Organizers of the event, AMPAC - The American Muslim Political Action Committee – had originally planned the event to counter the post 9/11 “victimization” of Muslims.

The event was later broadened to bring attention to the “erosion of domestic civil liberties, drone policy, illegal tapping and [surveillance]” and other civil liberties-related issues after sparking controversy following its announcement in January.

“We are not trying to be controversial,” AMPAC founder and Senate candidate MD Rabbi Alam told Metro.

“It is on this date to show solidarity for the people killed. We are Americans standing up for American values – people need to know that Muslims are being mistreated.”


Alam, however, is a known 9/11 truther who has espoused anti-Semitic conspiracy theories implying Jewish involvement in the terrorist attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people.

Meanwhile, a counter-protest under the banner of ‘2 Million Bikers to DC’ have vowed to ride through the capital despite failing to secure a permit from the National park Service (NPS).

“We apologize to DC residents, but they had plenty of time to help us with this rally,” the Washington Times cites Belinda Bee, national coordinator for the bikers rally as saying in regards to federal and local authorities. “We realized there was going to be a lot of traffic. We would have gotten through town in two hours. For some reason the powers that be in DC no longer feel Americans have the right to voice an opinion.”

The NPS for their part permitted AMPAC to gather 1,000 people for the location between 13th and 14th streets in Northwest, Park Service spokeswoman Carol Johnson said.

Regarding the 2 million biker ride, Johnson said the nonstop ride would have required a police escort and closure of intersections and traffic lights, measures deemed to be “too disruptive…on a workday.”

“We told them we can’t stop them from using roads like anybody else, but they’d have to follow traffic laws if they come,” Ms. Johnson said, noting that politics played no part in the decision.

“Any time we get a permit application we look at our resources. It has to do with what you apply for, not the applicants,” she said.

Johnson added the march against fear permit request was received “quite a while ago,” while the motorcycle rally event was only submitted for approval on August 27.

Bee, who admitted the biker rally was intended to counter the AMPAC march, said the event was eventually broadened.

“We didn’t want a war,” she said. “No. 2, Muslims get enough attention. It’s time for America to get attention.”

Rethink 9/11?

In New York, the group Rethink911 is holding an event in Time Square at 5:20pm underneath its billboard, which reads “Did you know a 3rd tower fell on 9/11? World Trade Center 7, not hit by a plane, collapsed in free-fall 7 hours after the Twin Towers.”


Expected attendance to the event is unknown, although Rethink911’s Facebook page has a little over 8,185 likes. Meanwhile, 7,950 people have signed the Rethink911 International Petition for a new probe into the destruction of Building 7 and the Twin Towers.

The group, sponsored by the non-profit Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, and Remember Building 7, “a campaign by 9/11 family members to raise awareness of Building 7", raised $225,000 to finance the first round of billboards and international ads.

Monday’s event in Time Square will feature former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, who became infamous for saying that then-president George W. Bush may have had advanced knowledge of the September 11 attacks and allowed them to go ahead in order to boost the profits for the Carlyle Group, an owner of defense contractors with which the Bush family had connections.

McKinney was booted from office decade ago thanks in no small part to inflammatory comments made by her father, the late former Georgia state Rep. Billy McKinney.

When asked about his daughter’s tough reelection bid, the senior Mckinney remarked “Jews have bought everybody. Jews. J-e-w-s."

Rethink911's All-Day Rally started at 8:00am at Ground Zero.

Penn State doctoral candidate John Beieler has created a time-lapse visualization of every protest on the planet since 1979. And it is jaw-dropping, and I mean that in a real way, not in a BS blogger-overhyping-this-incredible-amazing-thing way. No, this is truly amazing, because what you’ll see is tiny blips popping off here and there in the 1970s—a time we think of as highly politically charged—and nearly eclipsing the world starting with the late 90s anti-globalization protests and the second Iraq War up till our present moment.

I would love to see this overlaid with time-lapse visualizations of other factors: global warming, globalization, wars, food shortage, and the spread of the Internet.

Also fruitful: Comparing this data with media coverage and treatment of protest. Why is it easy to think of the 1960s and 70s as a time of dissent and our time as a more ordered, controlled and conformist period when the data so clearly shows that there is no comparison in how much protest there is now compared to then? Media distortion much?

This is what data from a world in turmoil looks like. ("a world in turmoil" is definitely looking at it from a distorted perspective ~BK) The Global Database of Events, Language, and Tone (GDELT) tracks news reports and codes them for 58 fields, from where an incident took place to what sort of event it was (these maps look at protests, violence, and changes in military and police posture) to ethnic and religious affiliations, among other categories. The dataset has recorded nearly 250 million events since 1979, according to its website, and is updated daily…

The map also shows some of the limits of Big Data — and trying to reduce major global events to coded variables. Take, for example, the protests across the United States in late 2011: Some are Occupy protests, others are Tea Party protests, but the difference in the political identity of those demonstrations isn’t reflected in the map. There are some strange things that happen when the data are mapped, as well. A cursory glance at the map would suggest that Kansas is the most restive state in the union, but really the frequent protests popping up somewhere near Wichita are every media mention of a protest in the United States that doesn’t specify a city (the same goes for that flickering dot north of Mongolia in Middle-of-Nowhere, Russia).
