Let me tell you a story about two guys, one idea and the potential to change the world...

A few years ago I was involved in a start up business that revolved around an exclusive distribution contract, enabling our company to be the sole distributor of this particular product in the United States. In the beginning, the biggest concern was whether or not the tech had U.S. based patents. "What would happen if someone were to reverse engineer the technology!?" was a constant concern our potential investors freakishly posed. Another company could "steal" our idea, thereby robbing us of profit which is rightfully ours! I lived in this world and the systems that controlled it all made perfect sense to me....at the time. It wasn't rocket science. If someone created something, they should get the credit for it, right? They should be able to receive maximum profitability as a result of their blood, sweat and labor, right? There are many people who would say, absolutely! It's only fair...

I was one of those people. In fact, I still believe the creator or inventor of an idea or product should be given complete credit for their work. What I don't vibe with, is if someone creates some "thing", and that particular something could help better the lives of millions of people all around the world, but they choose to hold onto it for themselves. Whether their motivation is greed, control, money, power, success, to me it's all the same. I believe in the idea that there's no such thing as an original thought. All thought is derived from the collective conscience. Meaning it's not entirely "ours," to claim. Look back into history with various inventions (I suggest reading Source Field Investigations by David Wilcock) and you will find that there are many cases of inventions/innovations/creations which were developed at the same time by various individuals in completely different parts of the world. This is caused by two or more people tapping into the same frequencies within the collective conscious at the same time, who ultimately end up producing a variation of the same creation. Who gets to claim "ownership" of it, then? Does one person have the right to say that it's "mine?"

Giving credit to the creator is one thing, but allowing an individual to hoard the creation (the idea), when it could aid in assisting humanity live a higher quality of life is misguided, plain and simple. Especially when those who wish to share it desire to do so with no agenda for wealth, fame, power or control. I'm sharing this perspective, which is only my personal opinion, because it has great relevance to a situation that has been unfolding in the last 24 hours. So, let me digress and give some background for context.

A great friend of mine told me about a guy he knew, named Daniel. Daniel had a unique skill set. One that made him very special. He knew how to convert a car engine to run on alternative fuels and liquids, including water. Not your everyday household story that's for sure. Right off the bat Daniel and I hit it off. His vision was to share his knowledge with help as many people around the world as possible. The best part; he didn't give a rat's ass about making money. I buzzed from head to toe with excitement. He had the knowledge, I had the network. If we worked together we could get the information out to people from all over the world, without the need for investors, patents, or any of the old paradigm BS that has aided in causing these kinds of technologies to be shut down in the past. It was the perfect plan. So, we got together with the rest of the 5D Media Network team and extended crew and started creating the foundation to make this happen. The Universe aligned in every way imaginable to guide the energetic trail. Synchronicity after synchronicity of perfect harmonic flow. One huge leap after another of incredible manifestation. Then, yesterday came...

A gentlemen by the name of Paul Pantone, the original inventor of a technology called GEET, which stands for Global Environmental Energy Technology, contacted us. Paul was a bit upset, as he had caught wind of what we we're doing with the OPAL Tour. He first contacted a friend of mine, Sierra Neblina, and said he was concerned for my safety and he wanted to help us out. So, I called him yesterday on my way home from visiting Daniel. Daniel was one of Paul's understudies and licensed teachers of the GEET technology. All I knew of Paul is what Daniel had shared with me. He told me that in the beginning he and Paul really got along. He felt Paul was in this for all the right reasons, wanting to assist Humanity without interest getting rich or famous. Because of this, Daniel offered his hard work, respect and loyalty in support of Paul's vision. Then, somewhere along the way his agenda changed, fueled by $$$$. Daniel and many other trainers became a bit disenfranchised when Paul increased the fee for training to a price very few people could afford. On top of that all the major plans for developing the conversions were freely offered online. Easy to see why their collective vision of helping humanity quickly morphed from a reality to a dream. One that was slowly fading away...

When I spoke to Paul, I was very cordial, as I always am. The first words out of his mouth were, "if you think you're going to steal 36 years of my labor you've got another thing coming." I replied that I wasn't stealing anything, all of the information I had gathered thus far was widely available on the internet, which included his own public website. Clearly he was upset. I remained calm and told him I was eternally grateful for the contribution he had offered to humanity. I was simply going to build upon what he had created and get it into the hands of as many people around the world, as possible. I also intended to do this for no charge. That also did not make him happy. He went on to say that he had patents in 177 countries and if I did that he would send the FBI after me. I responded back, "I'm sorry you feel that way Paul. But my group does not buy into or support the old paradigm patent systems, when they support the control of "anything" that can help the people, such as this technology can. So, I told him we would continue to move forward as planned." I assured him we would be happy to give credit for his adjustment to the technology. Which I later learned was just a few tweaks to what had already been created. I openly shared our plans and intent, not hiding a single detail. He hung up the phone and that was that.

I realize there are probably going to be some people who read this and don't agree with my position on how I'm handling this. That's okay. This world is changing, and I will ALWAYS support those who need a helping hand. If a man stands on a mountain of bread surrounded by many who are starving to death, making the argument that it is "his" bread, I will NEVER stand by and let that happen. It would be a whole another story if I took the bread and sold it for $1,000 a loaf. Clearly, that's not the case here. We're doing what we're doing for all the right reasons, which doesn't include fame nor fortune. In fact, I've recently learned that all of Paul's patents have been expired for years now.

I know why Paul is upset and I want everyone who reads this to know that I don't blame him for it or have any ill will toward him whatsoever, despite how he acted on the phone. He is struggling financially, as many of us are at this time. My heart goes out to him. I have nothing but love and gratitude for what he has done and the contribution he has made to the world. In fact, I'm planning on reaching out to him today to see if we can work out a deal to try to put some money in his pocket. I don't want to see anyone struggle. As of this moment, we are moving forward as planned, in full transparency, liability and responsibility.. On the drive home from our meeting yesterday, I told Michael from the tech team, "I'm not phased by this new development. Any time something like this comes up we should always guide the decision we make by asking ourselves what is the right thing to do?" This my friends, IS the right thing to do. Get it to the people. Assist humanity with this shift in ANY way possible, so long as it represents the highest good for ALL that IS. ~BK

The technology will travel directly to THE PEOPLE. As we speak, one of our OPAL Tech Team members is working up the following components: schematics, diagrams (flow, block), parts lists (for generators and car engines), tools, specifics/measurements, background theory and science, assembly instructions, assembly skill sets/techniques/warnings/hazards, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guide and basic operating instructions. + WHY NO EXPERTS: If banking really worked the way we have heard about on OP podcasts, why does not one single banking expert talk that way, including the many critics of big banking and the Fed?

+ LENDING SLOWDOWN: … And why has bank lending ground to a halt in 2013, if making loans is such an easy and profitable business for banks?

+ EXCHANGES: Getting two people to agree on what is a fair “exchange for value” can be difficult and slow. Won’t our complex economy grind to a halt if the existing pricing mechanism is destroyed, and a new one has to be created and negotiated?

+ DIRTY JOBS: Many think that local currencies creating and using their own local currencies is the answer. But if you look at the history of Utopian communities, these usually fall apart because it is hard to find people willing to do the regular dirty jobs that someone needs to do – these can be removing garbage, or washing dishes.
How will OP’s vision tackle these jobs?

HEATHER: this is where your stated experience and levels in derivatives is so interesting, yes?…depends on whether you consider the totality of data, not one piece missing, vs. data consciously selected from all data in order to support an econimic structure/agenda, yes?

Re-read the filings…they actually state 5 billion in equity paid in “lawful money of The United States of America” (gold and silver pre1933)…if one goes to read ANY purported “promissary note” for a purported loan all contain a statement that the signatory admits to receiving a loan of [enter FRN amount] which they agree to repay in “lawful money of The United States of America” (gold and silver)…GOLD AND SILVER pre1933… (promissory forms were last created/revised by FANNY MAE in 1985, if memory serves correctly, for the whole banking industry….BIG BANK/FANNY MAE EXECS CREATED MERS AT THE SAME MOMENT, but tested it for approximately 10 years before its launch in 1995…Marie McDonald (forensics fraud mortgage examiner is an excellent resource to speak with…lovely being who was behind the Albinez supreme court Amicus Curie…I worked with her during her moment of transparently auditing Mass. County records…75%+ titles examined were fraud.) As all local currencies are only able to issue based on the amount of FRN’s deposited in their central banks (EURODOLLAR = a dollar deposited in a European bank….http://thelawdictionary.org/eurodollar/ )…which is why the purported BAILOUT MONEY FED RESERVE PAID OUT TO MANY BANKS, CORPORATIONS, ETC OVERSEAS …and which in issuing local currencies from central banks based on the amount of FRN’s is why they all subscribed under the “all debts are payable in lawful money of The United States of America” (gold and silver)…its all in the filings, Love.
3. DO the calculation now of 5 Billion lawful money of The United States of America, pre1933 gold and silver per the filings …what DO you SEE, Love?

+ NON-NEGOTIABILITY : What do you expect the the first bank to do with a deposited COV, when no other banks have yet accepted them in exchange for cash?

HEATHER: This is where your stated experience as high level banker is so valuable, Love….you have the opportunity to show what your “world” does not want seen or focus on…what negotiable vs. non-negotiable means and how the “conversion” process actually works, yes?:
1. APPLICATIONS for conversion (exchange for current funds) is done all the time…the conversion is cleverly templated (by Fannie/banks as stated above)the promissory note is a declaration of value, cleverly coupled with the “swap” of loan issuance (FRN’s) for “lawful money of The United States of America”, and the OID (Original Issue Discount is done and issued (IRS holds those records)…AGAIN, read MODERN MONEY MECHANICS or the many other resources of data that are issued by the system itself…NOTICE IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT…hence, the requirement of distraction so that the NOTICE is not….noticed (chuckle)(heart)
2. In every application for a bank account, credit card, loan/deed of trust, etc., there is a clever Agent Clause/Accomodation Clause…making the bank a signatory agent for the purported “applicant” so that the bank can hide the entire conversion process from the one who actually holds the value…that is why the bank can accept the “Original Issue Discount” federal reserve notes that are exchanged for the original value and placed in an account in the bank under the applicants name, which the bank, per the Agent/Accomodation Clauses can then accept “on behalf of the client”/”as the client” and transfer to another account which is presented to the client as “loan account”…AGAIN …MODERN MONEY MECHANICS, and many other sources from within the system cover all this.
3. “Negotiable” is required for the banks to leverage, derive, or to permit the “global” conversions, assignments, derivatives, leverages, etc.
4. “Non-negotiable”…it is what it is and it ain’t no more than what it is stated to be…and only the issuer has the power…not any agent/accomodation maker…..the issuer would have to have all material facts in order for the instrument issued to have value…but that is not how the former system was.
5. To accept “Non-Negotiable” instrument would mean all material facts have to be disclosed and all operations transparent with knowing, willing and intentional consent by issuer….very different than the former system, yes?
6. The mission of the former systems was to successfully fail so that all could succeed, not one inbodyment left behind. That mission is complete.

+ WHY NO EXPERTS: If banking really worked the way we have heard about on OP podcasts, why does not one single banking expert talk that way, including the many critics of big banking and the Fed?

+ LENDING SLOWDOWN: … And why has bank lending ground to a halt in 2013, if making loans is such an easy and profitable business for banks?

HEATHER: (chuckle) … because all the original value and depositories (the people) were duly secured and returned….what happens in contracts (this is where your ship financing and overall banking experience should benefit soooo many here ), inclusive of contracts for a purported loan when all material facts are not disclosed? HEATHER: when a pricing mechanism, and the funding mechanism it is based on, is not completely disclosed to begin with resulting in a fraud…was it “destroyed” at inception and implementation? …hence transparency only makes visible what all ways IS.

+ DIRTY JOBS: Many think that local currencies creating and using their own local currencies is the answer. But if you look at the history of Utopian communities, these usually fall apart because it is hard to find people willing to do the regular dirty jobs that someone needs to do – these can be removing garbage, or washing dishes.
How will OP’s vision tackle these jobs?

HEATHER: hhhhmmm…interesting, yes? The advanced technologies that have been buried in order to maintain people paying energy into distraction, like removing garbage, or washing dishes, etc…..the “invention” of the dishwashing machine/clothes washing machine was about as far as they were to release….that is why the cookers were buried too…old “new tech” (the tech that burns the garbage back to their base elements, like the total of all used rubber tires that can be cooked back to base elements and provide the same amount of oil that Venezuela was importing to the US back in 2009…and that doesn’t even address the value of the other base elements that come out of those “tires” that are worth more on the market than oil)

….I won’t even get into the advantage of human tech…which makes those “dirty jobs” you speak of irrelevant…yet. :*

+ NO BANKS: In a world without banks, how will people come up with the value for expensive capital items, such as a house? If it represents 20 years of savings, then people will need a reliable and safe way to store savings while they are waiting. If not banks, what then?

…..for all that Jimmy Carter has done, one of the DO’ings I love the most has been his Habitat for Humanity…and when HH leaves a community, are you conscious that many of the community continue to build homes using no money?…that’s until Green Peace and USAID put a stop to it (rofl)(heart)

As I said on the radio show tonight, I think this whole thing is a farce. So much going on behind the scenes the mainstream is not telling the public. I maintain my position as conscious observer to watch and see how this whole thing pans out. I hope this announcement helps the masses understand the government is broken beyond repair. Raising the debt ceiling, or cutting Obama care is not going to fix it. It's time for the old to come crashing down...it's the only way something brand new can be created. ~BK
A bitter budget fight has led to a US government shutdown, leaving hundreds of thousands of federal workers without pay cheques and shutting down federal services all over the country.


It means around 800,000 workers will have no job to go to, and international icons like the Statue of Liberty, Grand Canyon and Smithsonian Institution will close their doors to the public.

House Republicans were demanding that the Senate negotiate their calls for a one-year delay in making millions of people buy health insurance under President Obama's 2010 health care law. Minutes before midnight — the end of the financial year in the US — the White House ordered a shutdown.

The shut down could impact on Americans' ability to get government services ranging from federally-backed home loans to supplemental food assistance for children and pregnant women.

For many Americans who are civilian employees of the federal government, it means no more pay cheques as they're forced onto unpaid leave. For those still working, it means delays in getting paid.

Some workers are allowed to work a few hours on Tuesday to change voicemail messages or fill out time cards. But after that, they're under strict orders to do no work, even check their email.

And for the economy as a whole it spells disaster. The country is still struggling with high unemployment and consumer sentiment is waning.

The last time the federal government shut down, for three weeks in the winter of 1995-96, the American economy felt a jolt but recovered quickly. But this time, the country is in a far more fragile state.

Markets are likely to be traumatized if there is no quick solution to the next fast approaching crisis.

Republicans are also demanding Obama make concessions in the health care law to secure a lifting of the current $16.7 trillion debt ceiling, without which the United States would begin to default on its debts for the first time in history by the middle of October.
