I found the below message posted on Facebook this morning and was inspired to share it here. What it represents, is merely one of an infinite amount of possible approaches "the people" can/will be taking in the days and weeks to come. At this point, there is no one right way. There is only opportunity to experiment...and each one taken will birth another, and another, and another...

Buckminter Fuller put it so perfectly when he said, "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." It's game time...

This example is not perfect, but it is a great start. I also included a comment made on FB, so if anyone would like to use this model and incorporate the suggestion made, feel free to DO so.

Re: Revised banking practices and new opportunities

Dear Angela,

An avalanche of information has recently come before me that concerns 1) the true legal status of the world’s banks and corporate governments and 2) the actual process that banks use to create ‘credit’ with the undisclosed use of borrowers’ signatures for the bank’s benefit.

The purpose of this letter is to give you and Bendigo Bank an important opportunity to set new standards of behaviour and intent, as the banking sector navigates: 1) the new legal landscape as mentioned above and 2) new ways of doing business with the public based on transparency and legitimate services rendered.

Let me explain…

The following quote from an IMF publication categorically states that the origin of money loaned by banks actually comes from the “borrower”:

“... under the present system banks do not have to wait for depositors to appear and makes funds available before they can on-lend, or intermediate, those funds. Rather, they create their own funds, deposits, in the act of lending. This fact can be verified in the description of the money creation system in many central bank statements, and it is obvious to anyone who has lent money and created the resulting book entries.” 1

Other excerpts from various Central Bank Statements are just as clear as to the origins of money and the creation of credit through standard negotiable instruments:

• “Banks create money when they lend it”2
• “... banks extend credit by creating money.”3
• “What they do when they make loans is to accept promissory notes in exchange for credits to the borrowers' transaction accounts.”4
• “...credit of promissory notes (money of account) become money when banks deposit promissory notes with the intent of treating them as cash.”5
• “Commercial banks create checkbook money whenever they grant a loan, simply by adding new deposit dollars to accounts on their books in exchange for a borrower's IOU.”6

From these quotes it is obvious that the use of promissory notes as credit i.e. cash, is not only legal but also widespread in the industry, a fact not generally known by the public. I will come back to this in a moment.

As mentioned above, it has also come to my attention that according to recent Uniform Commercial Code filings, all the worlds’ banks Bendigo Bank and corporate governments are foreclosed, and therefore all and any alleged debt is cancelled. (Please see attachment for links to the UCC filings).

The reason I am writing to you is to let you know that I have a meeting booked with my local branch manager, with the objective of ensuring they are made aware of the recent foreclosures, how the nature of banking and borrowing has been forever changed and that people are now able to access any additional value they require, for whatever purpose, using the bank’s existing money creation practices.

I will then be providing the manager with the necessary documentation to open a new account with your bank, accompanied by a Promissory Note/Declaration of Value of Deposit to be used as funding to open that account. I will also give them the opportunity to continue to provide banking services to myself, under a revised set of Terms and Conditions that ensures the bank still receives fees from any transactions we may have, whilst maintaining complete transparency and integrity in those dealings.

Please let your branch managers know, so they and your other agents are prepared and awakened to the facts as they stand today, because, as more and more of your customers and the general public become aware of the above matters, many will be seeking to do business with you, only in new and exciting ways.

Finally, this is an open invitation to you personally, to become one of the fore-runners in pioneering these new standards in the banking and financial sector in Australia, and we look forward to a meeting of the public and financial sectors hearts and minds, to create a mutually beneficial partnership going forward.

This letter has good intention by offering the banker an opportunity to "pioneer". My observation is that bankers generally have set definitions for the concept of a loan (lending) that involves proof of collateral. IUV/TOP has, for us of course, changed where the value defining "collateral" comes from and this letter gives info on that, which is grand, however, the traditional mind-set is myopic and will need further proof of the value as "collateral" - because of the difficult to understand legalese in the UCC filings. A banker is not a lawyer and will initially assume it only a purported claim. Whether the money is created on the spot, by signature as these references clearly imply, bankers are still looking to create "secured" loans and we are not seeking a loan (unless it has no conditions for repayment - which of course is not a loan). All efforts to inform are a good step even if not the exact step needed.

I am not going to comment a whole lot on this one, its ZAP's own viewpoint with interesting data.  I do think ZAP has very good intentions.  I hope he checks out the links to the OPPT on this blog.

We've said it many times before that "the divine plan" is not the same as "the absolute plan" or "eternal plan" of the Creator Source.  There's a reason they use that term over and over again. The "divines" are a type of being (most likely 5d-6d), some human in origin, some not, who have mixed character attributes (quite like most humans). They are not without ego or institutional inertia against change.  They appear to like making others feel less important than themselves, which is comical because they see themselves as being lesser than the angels, yet angels never believe any created being to be lesser than themselves, they serve all in complete understanding of the oneness of all.  Some day the divines will share that perspective. Hopefully soon, for their sake.

Some (not all) divines are identity thieves stealing the persona's of various past great humans, or even posing as Archangels in sincere and unsuspecting channelers.  The worst offenders in that regard are being dealt with in those realms and this.  Most turn to the light when faced with that choice.  There's been a huge dropoff in the volume of bogus channelings of this sort as a result.  

St. Germain, for example, is currently incarnated as a rather humble human being, Great Eagle. The bankers and Chinese and various US intelligence agencies know that too.  So whoever is posing as St. Germain in channelings is not St Germain.

The divines have been in control of this planet for a very long time, and they have played humanity against each other, altered and damaged the Earth's akashic records, and also manipulated both negative and positive ETs to maintain their energetic harvesting of the planet and its people.  The BIS bank is the energetic interface to them.  

Just because they call themselves "divine" does not mean their plans are the Creator Source's plans.  They are particularly fond of calling their boiler plate templates of control (which they use over and over) "the divine plan".  They never call it the "Creator Source's Plan", perhaps because they know better than to do that...and be that obviously arrogant.  "Divine" essentially means "almost god-like",  and can mean and malevolent yet powerful being, but most people on the street take it to mean a direct endorsement by the Creator Source.  It is not.

 I don't know if ZAP's use of the term "divine plan" is accidental or purposeful so I won't imply motives to ZAP. I sense his motives are honest and well intentioned.  Could be just a poor choice of terms.  It does have a meaning to those of us who have been dealing with this banking stuff however. -AK

Interesting week it has been. The rot that ate the foundations is being replaced by new concrete foundations, and our mother and her kids are about to take a deep breath and breathe.

All is poised now, and the countries have agreed to move forward now with speed, and install the new global financial infrastructure. This is by needs, a very complex process, and fraught with the usual amount of bugs that such systems have, particularly when the bugs are the terminally greedy folk that prey on a consistent basis.

However, as with all redundant systems whose time has come to pass away into shadows of years gone by, and dissolve into a grey formless and forgettable vapor, the cabal is vanishing into the ethers to be replaced by a strong and healthy system that actually serves the needs of the people in all countries: the divine plan.

I guess we can say that we are fortunate to be living at this time to witness such an event. Sure…but how about being part of it in much greater definition than just sitting back and straining at the thought of millions upon millions to fall into your lap, and what you can do with it.

Well, last week, the doors opened on a funding mechanism that has nothing to do with anything other than providing those that have been waiting with a venue for future funding. The response was wonderful. Hundreds of emails with various project ideas came forward, and the majority were truly inspiring as of spirit from unique methods of housing for seniors, to innovative water generation devices for kids in Africa. It was good to see.

I asked Susan to give a helping hand with all the submissions in organizing them with the help of some really good software that tracks each project, and is used by large trusts and foundations to perform their projects. Remember this is the first time this is being done, and that is why the time lag of 30-60 days before contact and first fundings can possibly take place. Logistically impossible even if trillions were available in the account. The infrastructure has to be put into place, otherwise the whole thing will become a morass of question marks if you get lost in the filing, and will not serve the needs of the projects.

Recent studies by psychologists and social scientists in the US and UK suggest that contrary to mainstream media stereotypes, those labeled “conspiracy theorists” appear to be saner than those who accept the official versions of contested events.

The most recent study was published on July 8th by psychologists Michael J. Wood and Karen M. Douglas of the University of Kent (UK). Entitled “What about Building 7? A social psychological study of online discussion of 9/11 conspiracy theories,” the study compared “conspiracist” (pro-conspiracy theory) and “conventionalist” (anti-conspiracy) comments at news websites.

The authors were surprised to discover that it is now more conventional to leave so-called conspiracist comments than conventionalist ones: “Of the 2174 comments collected, 1459 were coded as conspiracist and 715 as conventionalist.” In other words, among people who comment on news articles, those who disbelieve government accounts of such events as 9/11 and the JFK assassination outnumber believers by more than two to one. That means it is the pro-conspiracy commenters who are expressing what is now the conventional wisdom, while the anti-conspiracy commenters are becoming a small, beleaguered minority.

Perhaps because their supposedly mainstream views no longer represent the majority, the anti-conspiracy commenters often displayed anger and hostility: “The research… showed that people who favoured the official account of 9/11 were generally more hostile when trying to persuade their rivals.”

Additionally, it turned out that the anti-conspiracy people were not only hostile, but fanatically attached to their own conspiracy theories as well. According to them, their own theory of 9/11 - a conspiracy theory holding that 19 Arabs, none of whom could fly planes with any proficiency, pulled off the crime of the century under the direction of a guy on dialysis in a cave in Afghanistan - was indisputably true. The so-called conspiracists, on the other hand, did not pretend to have a theory that completely explained the events of 9/11: “For people who think 9/11 was a government conspiracy, the focus is not on promoting a specific rival theory, but in trying to debunk the official account.”

In short, the new study by Wood and Douglas suggests that the negative stereotype of the conspiracy theorist - a hostile fanatic wedded to the truth of his own fringe theory - accurately describes the people who defend the official account of 9/11, not those who dispute it.

Additionally, the study found that so-called conspiracists discuss historical context (such as viewing the JFK assassination as a precedent for 9/11) more than anti-conspiracists. It also found that the so-called conspiracists to not like to be called “conspiracists” or “conspiracy theorists.”

Both of these findings are amplified in the new book Conspiracy Theory in America by political scientist Lance deHaven-Smith, published earlier this year by the University of Texas Press. Professor deHaven-Smith explains why people don’t like being called “conspiracy theorists”: The term was invented and put into wide circulation by the CIA to smear and defame people questioning the JFK assassination! “The CIA’s campaign to popularize the term ‘conspiracy theory’ and make conspiracy belief a target of ridicule and hostility must be credited, unfortunately, with being one of the most successful propaganda initiatives of all time.”

In other words, people who use the terms “conspiracy theory” and “conspiracy theorist” as an insult are doing so as the result of a well-documented, undisputed, historically-real conspiracy by the CIA to cover up the JFK assassination. That campaign, by the way, was completely illegal, and the CIA officers involved were criminals; the CIA is barred from all domestic activities, yet routinely breaks the law to conduct domestic operations ranging from propaganda to assassinations.

DeHaven-Smith also explains why those who doubt official explanations of high crimes are eager to discuss historical context. He points out that a very large number of conspiracy claims have turned out to be true, and that there appear to be strong relationships between many as-yet-unsolved “state crimes against democracy.” An obvious example is the link between the JFK and RFK assassinations, which both paved the way for presidencies that continued the Vietnam War. According to DeHaven-Smith, we should always discuss the “Kennedy assassinations” in the plural, because the two killings appear to have been aspects of the same larger crime.

Psychologist Laurie Manwell of the University of Guelph agrees that the CIA-designed “conspiracy theory” label impedes cognitive function. She points out, in an article published in American Behavioral Scientist (2010), that anti-conspiracy people are unable to think clearly about such apparent state crimes against democracy as 9/11 due to their inability to process information that conflicts with pre-existing belief.

In the same issue of ABS, University of Buffalo professor Steven Hoffman adds that anti-conspiracy people are typically prey to strong “confirmation bias” - that is, they seek out information that confirms their pre-existing beliefs, while using irrational mechanisms (such as the “conspiracy theory” label) to avoid conflicting information.

The extreme irrationality of those who attack “conspiracy theories” has been ably exposed by Communications professors Ginna Husting and Martin Orr of Boise State University. In a 2007 peer-reviewed article entitled“Dangerous Machinery: ‘Conspiracy Theorist’ as a Transpersonal Strategy of Exclusion,” they wrote:


“If I call you a conspiracy theorist, it matters little whether you have actually claimed that a conspiracy exists or whether you have simply raised an issue that I would rather avoid… By labeling you, I strategically exclude you from the sphere where public speech, debate, and conflict occur.”
But now, thanks to the internet, people who doubt official stories are no longer excluded from public conversation; the CIA’s 44-year-old campaign to stifle debate using the “conspiracy theory” smear is nearly worn-out. In academic studies, as in comments on news articles, pro-conspiracy voices are now more numerous - and more rational - than anti-conspiracy ones.

No wonder the anti-conspiracy people are sounding more and more like a bunch of hostile, paranoid cranks.

Elizabeth A. Duke, a Federal Reserve governor who has helped to overhaul the Fed’s approach to financial regulation, said on Thursday that she would step down at the end of August.

Ms. Duke, just the seventh woman to serve on the Fed’s board, has also been a quiet but consistent supporter of Ben S. Bernanke, the Fed chairman, and of the central bank’s economic stimulus campaign.

In a letter of resignation submitted to President Obama, Ms. Duke, 60, said that she was “proud to have contributed” to those efforts.

“I am especially gratified to have brought my own practical banking experience and community banking perspective to the massive overhaul of financial system regulations,” Ms. Duke wrote.

She did not offer a reason for leaving, nor did she describe her plans. Her term ended last January, but governors can remain in office until a replacement is nominated, and the Obama administration had not sought her departure.

This Week's Fed Governor Resignation May Be A Much Bigger Deal Than You Think

Earlier this week, we got the minutes from the June Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting. Also, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke spoke about and answered questions about monetary policy at an NBER conference in Massachusetts.

For the most part, the markets appeared to interpret the tone as dovish. In other words, they were convinced that it might be less likely that the Fed would taper, or gradually reduce, its quantitative easing program.

In what appeared to be unrelated news, Fed Governor Elizabeth Duke submitted her resignation to President Obama.

Not much was made of the resignation.

But Wall Street veteran Art Cashin thinks that there may be more to it.

From this morning's Cashin's Comments (emphasis added):

Some Weekend "Taper" Ponders – I encourage everyone to reread the FOMC Minutes. I think there was a clear tone to taper or wind down QE by yearend (or maybe sooner). At the same time, the FOMC seemed to see the recovery as struggling and almost fragile.

Now, add in the surprise resignation of Elizabeth Duke as a Fed Governor and voting FOMC member. "Betsey" as Mr. Bernanke refers to her, was said to be the key broker in setting up the current QE.

Put your Lt. Columbo hat on and ponder this: Could the FOMC have found some negative consequence caused by QE? Might that have prompted discussion and an interest to wind down or exit despite a still non-robust economy? The tone of the Minutes and the new resignation may hold interesting clues.

For now, the economy appears to be weak enough and inflation seems to be low enough that the monetary system would be able to tolerate more QE.

All signs point to the fact that what has been exposed thus far with the NSA is just the tip of the iceberg. Many readers have sent comments to me eluding to the idea that Edward Snowden cannot be trusted, citing various historical examples of his nefarious nature. From my vantage point, it matters not if Snowden has a checkered past. What IS important is that the NSA has been exposed on a global scale. This is not about Snowden.
